Who Can Register

من يمكنه التسجيل

 

You must be a registered business, freelancer, or service provider with a valid trade license (UAE-based or international).

All businesses must provide accurate contact and business information when filling out the registration form.

يجب أن تكون شركة مسجلة، أو عاملًا مستقلًا، أو مقدم خدمات، وتملك رخصة تجارية سارية المفعول (داخل الإمارات أو خارجها).


يجب على جميع الشركات تقديم معلومات اتصال ومعلومات عمل

What You Can List

ما الذي يمكنك إدراجه

 

List all of the goods and services that the Emirati community requires. 

few examples: Event services, housekeeping, furnishings, catering, smart homes, hospitality for both men and women, Agricultural maintenance, hunting and fishing and more few examples.

اذكر جميع السلع والخدمات التي يحتاجها المجتمع الإماراتي. بعض الأمثلة: خدمات المناسبات، والتنظيف، والأثاث، وخدمات الطعام، والمنازل الذكية، والضيافة للرجال والنساء، الصيانة الزارعة الصيد و صيد الاسماك ، وغيرها.

Free Listing Policy

SupplyUs does not charge for listing your business. All listings are reviewed before approval.

لا تفرض SupplyUs أي رسوم على إدراج نشاطك التجاري. تتم مراجعة جميع الإعلانات قبل الموافقة عليها  و عرضها في المنصه.

We actively promote the website to help more people find your listing. However, we do not guarantee sales.

Our goal is to increase your visibility.

Customer Ratings

تقييمات العملاء

 

Customers can leave reviews, which cannot be deleted by the supplier. Reviews can only be reported for abuse.

Reviews help maintain trust and transparency across the platform.

يمكن للعملاء ترك التقييمات، ولا يمكن للمورد حذفها. يمكن فقط الإبلاغ عن المراجعات المسيئة.. تساعد المراجعات في الحفاظ على الثقة والشفافية عبر المنصة.

SupplyUs is not involved in any financial transactions. We only act as a connection platform.

Content & Media

You may upload photos, links, and descriptions – but they must:

  • Belong to you or be used with permission
  • Be appropriate, clear, and accurate
  • Not violate copyright or trademarks

يُسمح لك بتحميل الصور والروابط والأوصاف، ولكن يجب أن:

  • تكون ملكًا لك أو تُستخدم بإذن منك
  • أن تكون مناسبة وواضحة ودقيقة
  • لا تنتهك حقوق الطبع والنشر أو العلامات التجارية

Privacy & Safety

Your data is used only for platform purposes and is never shared with third parties.

تُستخدم بياناتك فقط لأغراض المنصة ولا تتم مشاركتها مع أطراف ثالثة.

Policy Violations

مخالفات السياسة

 

We have the right to delete or suspend listings or accounts that:


  • inaccurate or misleading information
  • Violates the laws of the United Arab Emirates
  • Contains objectionable content or spam
  • ignores user complaints


يحق لنا حذف أو تعليق القوائم أو الحسابات التي:


  • تضيف معلومات غير دقيقة أو مضللة

  • تخالف قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

  • تتضمن محتوى غير مقبول أو بريدًا عشوائيًا

  • تتجاهل معالجة شكاوى المستخدمين

Content guideline 

إرشادات عرض المحتوى

 

Describes what kind of content is allowed (product photos, service descriptions) and what is prohibited (illegal goods, misleading info, copyright violations).


Ensures all listings follow UAE laws and are clear and respectful.

يوضح أنواع المحتوى المسموح به (صور المنتجات، أوصاف الخدمات) والممنوع (البضائع غير القانونية، المعلومات المضللة، انتهاكات حقوق النشر)


يضمن توافق جميع الإعلانات مع قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وأن تكون واضحة ومحترمة.

 

Listing Review & Approval

مراجعة الطلبات و الموافقات 

 

States that all listings are subject to review before going live.


SupplyUs may reject or request changes to listings that do not meet quality standards.

تنص هذه السياسة على أن جميع الطلبات تخضع للمراجعة قبل نشرها.


يجوز SupplyUs رفض الطلبات التي لا تستوفي معايير الجودة أو طلب تعديلات عليها.

Supplier  Suspension/Termination

تعليق/إنهاء المورد 

 

SupplyUs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:


  • Repeatedly violate platform rules

  • Use the platform for scams or spam

  • Misrepresent their business or services

تحتفظ SupplyUs بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي:


  • تنتهك قواعد المنصة بشكل متكرر

  • تستخدم المنصة لأغراض الاحتيال أو البريد العشوائي

  • تسيء تمثيل أعمالها أو خدماتها

Future Changes & Subscription Model

التغيرات المستقبلية و نظام الاشتراك 

 

SupplyUs is currently a free platform. However, we may introduce subscription-based services in the future for suppliers and service providers. This will help us maintain and grow the platform while continuing to promote your business.


  • We will always notify users before any paid plans are introduced.

  • Fees will be nominal and affordable, aimed at serious businesses.

  • Optional premium features may include better visibility, featured listings, and access to insights.

We also reserve the right to update or change our platform policies at any time as the platform evolves. When we do, users will be informed through email or official announcements.

منصة SupplyUs مجانية حاليًا. ومع ذلك، قد نقوم في المستقبل بإطلاق خدمات مدفوعة بنظام الاشتراك للموردين ومقدمي الخدمات، وذلك لدعم المنصة وتحسينها بشكل مستمر.


  • سيتم إعلام المستخدمين بأي رسوم جديدة قبل تطبيقها.

  • ستكون الرسوم رمزية ومناسبة للشركات الجادة.

  • يمكن أن تشمل الخدمات المدفوعة ميزات مثل: ظهور مميز، إعلانات، وتحليلات.



نحتفظ أيضًا بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث السياسات في أي وقت حسب تطورات المنصة، وسيتم إشعار المستخدمين بذلك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو من خلال إعلانات رسمية.
